We have all been through it, too busy to plan and rehearse a critical demo then try to “wing” it on the demo day. The demo is a disaster. It was too long, we showed the wrong features, and we actually created new customer objections. What’s worse, the great demo jock talked about every feature she thought was cool, and didn’t really spend any time on the features the customer really needed.
Well, don’t blow what may be your only shot – plan and rehearse that demo.
