For engineering managers, quality engineers, accounting supervisors, tech support leaders, and other non-sales professionals, Group 19 has a set of services for you.  You too have a need to offer a persuasive argument, give presentations, write proposals, speak in public, and develop some fundamental sales skills. 

You are not a sales person and do not need in-depth sales training.  However, you could use some training on how to influence a decision in a meeting, build and deliver a presentation to your management team, represent your ideas more persuasively, understand executive decision-making processes, etc.   There may be others in your organization with the same needs.  A Group 19 consultant can coach you on an individual task, conduct training for a team, or build something unique for your needs.

Productivity gains are always being chased.  We are all asked to do more with less but rarely are we offered the educational or coaching tools necessary to grow our skills to meet the growing list of demands.  A week in class with travel expenses are difficult to get approved.  More than ever, just in time education is needed and in a convenient venue.    That is what we do.   The time for coaching on a how to prepare and deliver a  key presentation is while you are building it.  Coaching on how to effectively run a meeting in a politically sensitive environment is best received while preparing for that meeting.
